Arbetsuppgifter

As Area Sales Manager for Sweden, you are working towards Egger’s customer segments primarily through various retailers, which are construction stores and chains throughout the country. You further develop existing customer relationships but identify and seek up potential new customers within Egger’s product segments. You act as Egger’s representative in all customer or consumer related cases. Together with the marketing department in Germany, you will create campaigns and market material for the Swedish customers and the Swedish market. In addition to all sales and marketing in Sweden, in this role you will have responsibility for solving logistical problems and advising on how logistics and distribution are carried out. Together with the Sales Director, you set the pricing for the Swedish market, but also budget and forecasts for sales. You are responsible for a sales plan and are active in the execution of this plan.

  • Build and maintain relationships with current customers
  • Making Sure Egger’s products have the right placement and POS martial at all retailers
  • Prepare, plan and execute sales and marking campaigns
  • Inform and educate customers regarding Eggers products

Kvalifikationer

We are looking for you who have the experienced within sales and customer care. Preferably you have experience in sales towards retailers within construction. You like being out in the field and being close to the customers. If you have knowledge of flooring and especially laminate flooring it is merit. You are fluent in Swedish and day to day operation is cunducted in Swedish. But we require you to express yourself unobtrusively in English, both in spoken and written terms, as the company language is English. If you also speek German, it is a big plus. Driving license is a requirement and since the customers are located all over the country, you can live anywhere in Sweden. You will run our office from home. Extensive traveling in this role is expected, mainly in Sweden but also to fairs and deferent kind of meetings abroad.
