For an exciting start-up in the transportation industry we are now looking for an accountant in the beginning of your career and who is willing to learn. Welcome to a fast paced and international organization with a great future ahead!

Our client started its business in October and now have 18 employees. Come join the team!


As an Accountant you will play a key role in financial recordkeeping, tracking company revenue and participate in audits. You will be located in the Stockholm office reporting to the Finance Manager. You will work closely with other functions within the company.

Your key tasks are:

  • Accounting and preparing customer invoices
  • Accounting customer payments from various sources
  • Processing and accounting customer refunds
  • Monitoring receivables and recovery process
  • Reconcile bank and revenue
  • Ensure accuracy in the revenue process in monthly closing activities
  • Governing supplier registration and approval process in the invoice management system
  • Scanning paper invoices for further approval and account coding the invoices
  • Monitoring timely supplier payments
  • Assisting in monthly accrual process in closing and reporting activities
  • Assist in financial processes evaluation and improvements
  • Assist in internal / external audit


Requirements for this position:

  • University degree in accounting, finance or economy
  • Good Excel, Microsoft Dynamics and IT skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written
  • Great understanding of accounting
  • Preferably experience from working with accounting 1-2 years

As an accountant you enjoy working towards a deadline, pays attention to detail and are able to multitask. Furthermore, we are looking for you who are open and transparent in communication, flexible and like to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.

This position is based at our clients office on Kungsholmen. It’s a full time and permanent position with start in September.
